পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 0; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 25-26; পায়ূ কাঁটা 0; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 13 - 14. Snout distinctively elongated; mouth terminal; 6-8 vertical dark bars on the flanks that are persistent throughout life-span: in life, orange to reddish body colour (Ref. 122092).
