Country info:  Known from São Vicente and Angélica-Bezerra cave system in upper Paraná River, Tocantins River drainage (Ref. 36713). Type locality: Caverna Passa Três, ca. 300 m into the cave, Rio Sao Vicente system, Sao Domingos, Goiás (Ref. 27299).
