Comments: Spawning aggregations occur over a series of shallow sandbars to the north of the Burrum rivermouth which is characterised by variable salinity profiles and river flow rates (Ref. 41820). Prior to the arrival of mature females, males begin to aggregate onto the banks (Ref. 41820).
