Comments: Known from the European Mediterranean Sea watersheds (Ref. 58342); Introduced and spreading to western Anatolia (Ref. 106151). Recorded from Ipsala canal in 1982 and also from the Strymon and Evros rivers, Topçam Dam Lake, Dipsiz and Çine streams (Ref. 57271). Gordon Copp (pers.
