Remarks Collection sites located in tree and shrub savanna in semi-humid areas at medium altitude (700-900 m); species found in small rivers wtih sandy bottom and well developed gallary of trees and high grasses; it generally hides in the aquatic vegetation in calm pools; water temperature between 18 and 20°C and a slighlty acidic pH (5.5-6.5) (Ref. 27690).
