Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 5.80000019073486 - 6.5, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: small creeks and rivers flowing into the Congo River near Pool Malebo (=Stanley Pool), shallow and vegetated zones near banks of Pool Malebo and associated islands, in Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 47311).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in shallow and vegetated zones near the banks of small rivers and creeks (Ref. 47311). Not a seasonal killifish (Ref. 27139).
