Max. size:  19.4 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits lakes and rivers (Ref. 56749). Locally consumed; kept alive until processing, and the skin and internal organs are removed before cooking (Ref. 56749).
