Max. size:  30 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish; marine, catadromous
Distribution:  Western Pacific: northern South China Sea southward to Indonesia and New Guinea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in seas, estuaries, and rivers. Oviparous, eggs are pelagic and non-adhesive (Ref. 205).

Threat to humans:  harmless
