Environment:  demersal; freshwater; pH range: 6.5 - 7.5; dH range: 10 - 25
Distribution:  Asia: Sumatra and western Borneo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in rivers and lakes. Feeds on insect larvae and small invertebrates (Ref. 56749). Oviparous, eggs are unguarded (Ref. 205).

Threat to humans:  harmless
