Max. size:  13.6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 15 - 111 m
Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: Mexico to Panama. Recorded from Peru (Ref. 10739).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 90-98; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 74-80; Vertebrae: 49-52
Biology:  Probably taken as bycatch of trawl fisheries (Ref. 9294).
