Environment:  pelagic; freshwater; brackish; depth range - 0 m
Distribution:  Asia: India to Australia and north to Hong Kong.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occur at surface levels in estuaries and rivers well upstream from the tidal zone. Feeds on terrestrial insects. Marketed fresh (Ref. 12693).
