Country info:  Known from Hanjiang River, Dongjiang River, Beijiang River (Ref. 89718), Xijiang River of Guangdong Province, and Hainan Island (Ref. 33299). Type locality: Chin-ssu, Shansi Province, China (Ref. 26282). Known from Jiaoling county, Mei county of Hanjiang River system; others 20 specimens from Zijin county, Boluo couty of Dongjiang River system; and also from Muoyangjiang River system; Baisha county of Nandujiang River system (Ref.33299). Also Ref. 26561, 31517, 33389.
