Known from Guangdong Province in the drainages of Han Jiang and its river mouth, Dong Jiang and Bei Jiang (Ref. 33389, 89719). Also found in the Zhujiang River [=Xi Jiang River] and the Jiulongjiang River systems (Ref. 26563). Inhabits streams with sandy bottom (Ref. 26563). |
