Comments: Determination of the spawning period was based on seasonal aggregations of sexually mature fish and the presence of black marlin larvae (Ref. 6390). Fecundity values were based on 13 females weighing 322-477 kg (Ref. 6390). It is not known whether all eggs are released simultaneously or serially in batches over the spawning season (Ref. 6390).
