Comments: Spawning migration of adult lampreys (sexually immature) occurs from July to October (Ref. 6885). Remains hidden under rocks until the following March before nest building and spawning in April (Ref. 1998). Most eggs are laid after a period of 12 hours (Ref. 1998). Mean: 34,000 eggs.
