পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 5; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 22; পায়ূ কাঁটা 1; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 18. Body bluish white, with 9 dark brown bars ventrally; belly white; black blotch at base of upper caudal rays and a less distinct blotch at base of lower caudal rays (Ref. 5401).
