Recorded from the Danum Valley, lower Segama and Kuamut headwaters. This dentrivorous species is extremely widespread and abundant in both the main Segama river and its tributaries. Larger individuals (up to 18.5 cm SL) are found in the main river while large school of up to 200 juveniles are common in shallow. fast flowing areas with gravel substrate (Ref. 34011). |
