Comments

Known from the seasonal pools northwards of Malindi (Ref. 52331), meaning in the lower reaches, seasonal pools, swamps and small streams of the Sabaki River drainage (Ref. 3788, Ref. 30558) and in the lower Tana River (Ref. 3788, Ref. 52331). A record of Nothobranchius guentheri from the Tana River by Mann (1968) most likely is a misidentification for N. jubbi since N. guentheri is confined to Zanzibar island (Ref. 52331).
