This species has established in aquaculture through assisted or artificial reproduction. It has not established in the wild (Ref. 1739), but has already been reported in Laguna de Bay (Ref. 80824). Recorded from Candaba Swamp and Pampanga River (Ref. 109918). Recorded as having been or being farmed in rice fields (Ref. 119549). |
