Diagnosis |
This species is similar to A. scitulus, but differs in having a lower dorsal 16 (vs.17) and anal 7 (vs. 8-9) fin spine counts; it has a higher dorsal ray count 10 (vs. 9); a shorter head; a larger interorbital distance; and lacks the diagnostic blotches on head and body which is usually present in A. scitulus (Ref. 74689). |
