Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal) : 21 - 23; Anale zachte stralen: 35 - 37. Body elongate and slender. Snout protrusible. Long chin barbel, slender, terminal bulb preceded by long simple filament. Barbel stem has little or no pigment. Black in color (Ref. 37039).
