Short description
Morfologia | Morfometria
Spine dorsali (totale): 33 - 36; Raggi dorsali molli (totale): 7-8; Spine anali 2; Raggi anali molli: 25 - 27; Vertebre: 48 - 49. This species is distinguished from all other species of the complex by the form and position of the dorsal-fin crest, in which the three spines of the crest of males are subequal in length, whereas in the other species the first spine (first two spines in C. arborescens) is longer than subsequent spines (Ref. 92305).

50 = No PD50 data [Uniqueness, from 0.5 = low to 2.0 = high].
Bayesian length-weight: a=0.01096 (0.00423 - 0.02842), b=3.04 (2.82 - 3.26), in cm total length, based on LWR estimates for this (Sub)family-body shape (Ref.

Trophic level (Ref.
69278): 3.4 ±0.5 se; based on size and trophs of closest relatives
Resilienza (Ref.
120179): Alto, tempo minimo di raddoppiamento della popolazione meno di 15 mesi (Preliminary K or Fecundity.).
Fishing Vulnerability (Ref.
